Overview
We hope you enjoy your bakes as much as we enjoy making them! However in the unlikely event that you aren’t completely satisfied, please do contact us as soon as possible.
Please include the following:
- your order reference number
- the problem with the bakes
Please can you take photos of the issue as we may ask for these.
If you are unsatisfied with your order please do not eat them or throw them away, we may request them to be returned to us for further inspection (we’ll cover the cost of this postage).
We do not offer refunds/returns except in exceptional circumstances due to the perishable nature of our products.
We do not offer cancellations.
Shipping
Once your order has been placed we will endeavour to post your order within 3 working days (often sooner) with free 1st class postage to UK mainland.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or Paypal account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
If we have asked you to return your product, you should mail your product to:

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning items, always ask for proof of postage from the Post Office. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
